Seasonal Ingredients & House-Made Flavors
At Sabor, we only use high-quality, all-natural ingredients, many of which are organic and seasonal for the freshest food. From wild-caught seafood, corn-fed Midwestern beef, Jidori free-range locally raised chicken, and wheat- and barley-fed pork to tender vegetables, freshly prepared salsa, and 30 different types of sauces made in-house, every dish is bursting with flavor.
Our specials are created to highlight select seasonal flavors. For example, our spring/summer menu is vibrant and dynamic such as fresh ceviche or crudo, jicama tortilla chicken tacos, heirloom tomato salad, and a selection of refreshing handmade sorbets and gelatos for dessert. In fall and winter, our chefs focus on warm, hearty flavors like short ribs in salsa guajillo, pork belly tacos, and rich bread puddings.
Of course, you can’t forget some of our most popular year-round favorites, like pollo en mole negro de Oaxaca, cochinita pibil, chile chocolate crème brulee, fresh churros, and flan.
